The desert sand one on the right is intriguing. It looks like a crew cab with military-style bows in the bed. I can't tell for sure what's mounted on them right fender, but it looks something like an M37-style heater?
Ex-Foreign Legion or Israeli surplus? I've seen pictures of Power Wagons in French military service. My guess would be that both are owned by the same man and that he's real popular with the neighbors (parking spaces).
It's also interesting to note that the spotlight is on the passenger side. I can't make out a steering wheel for the glare, but Europe/France is left-hand drive.
Altogether a variation I don't hink I've ever seen before.
