I just answered the basic question. I agree, there is much that could be done for safety at higher speeds such as;
Power Disk Brakes
Power Steering
Lap/Shoulder belts
Good Tires
which all my trucks have.
I always feel that a PW/M37/WC, due to the suspension, steering, center of gravity is not really safe at high speeds. While any of my trucks will run any legal road speed in the US, I dont run them over 60 mph. I also get the best fuel consumption running about 1900 RPM's
