there are no refineries or even industrial plants in Plano. It is a sea of corporate business parks, with Perot's EDM as a key tennant.
I suspects this lubricantsusa group is nothing more that a shell organization that matches up local suppliers and vendors and takes a cut of every transaction.
I spent five years living in the Dallas area, escaping to Tennessee only last May.
