4.89 gearing is available at Veteran Vehicles. They are a sponsor of this forum and you can find their ad under "Sponsors". If you go to their page, you will see they have written up some good information on doing a swap. To convert to 4.89 gearing is not a radical swap as some Power Wagons came from the factory equipped with them.
Still, if you want more highway speed, you need to make sure your brakes and steering are up to snuff first.
