I hope you are getting better. I had extensive neck surgery on two succesive days in July '08. Still trying to recover, will take up to 3 years I am told. Small improvements daily, but slow in healing.
Sure makes working on anything difficult. My loving wife, like yours, has been a Godsend. X-ray pictures of messed up neck available if you want a good scare!
