-45 is not all that cold. Liquid nitrogen is waaaay colder, even CO2 is umm -120? So my guess is whatever the freon is these days, F-22? Only needs 40 psi in a can, not like nitrogen which is something like 300 psi, or CO2, 180psi? But maybe next time I find a rusted nut, I'll unhook the bottle from the mig...
