Yep it is bent. The extensions and frame both appear to be bent. I have seen this before. The truck I got my winch from was just like this one. I was able to have a shop straighten the extenions and bumber with a hydrolic press. The winch was also bent and needed new parts.
I would expect that the following parts of the winch are bent. This is based on the winch I bought and others that I have seen that were bent like this.
1) The rear support where the winch case and end support bolt on. This can be straightened with a hydrolic press.
2) The front support will be bent where the winch housing and end support bolt on. Can be straightened with hydrolic press or it is easy to make a new one or buy one.
3) The end support that holds the winch shaft. This could be very badly bent. In fact the bore that holds the winch shaft is often oblong after a bend like this. NOS and Repros are available.
4) If the winch was in use and caused this bend. Then I would look at the bronze gear. It's teeth could be badly bnet (I speak from experience) Assume that you will have to rebuild the gear box.
5) Assume that there will be a few other bent or missing parts. Most often the shift handle and its mounting bracket are missing but nor a problem to find.
6) Usually the winch case is not bent. If it is they can be found without too much problem.
