One of the problems is many rural communities enact standard zoning regs without tailering them, the old"nobody will ever say anything about that!"line.Untill some busybody wants something and starts reading the zoning LAWS.Thats when serious hassles start.Prior use is usually grandfathered but get rid of your hogs, dogs, horses, dairy cows, sawmill or just plane junk for six months then try to reestablish or tranfer the use outside the immediete family and look out.Be active if zoning comes if its already there file a prior use document at county courthouse. And tell those nannies they bought the property NOT the VIEW!
