If you really need a 4 Bl there are a few factory 4's(cast iron) around both on Ebay and in vintage wreckers yards they show up about one every other month . Check with Mopar Norm, I think he feels the factory one is a step behind the weiand and they are heavy(80lbs about). If your heart isn't pining over a 4 holer why not save money and go with a geezly big 2 Bl carb like a 500 cfm Holley or Demon or a 430 cfm Rochester.
