it would be pretty functional actually. Extended cab, higher roof. i would detach the rear body from the cab and fashion a pickup body. i would convert the rear windows (which appears the rear doors moved forward) to a fixed panel on the bottom and use the window assembly to a top hinged unit that could be opened for ventilation. properly done, it could be a nice unique reutilization of a unique body style.
