As in real estate--Location, Location, Location. I'll bet whoever owns it, wishes he had known that scrap metal prices would tank so quickly. You can barely get your fuel costs to drag it to the crusher now--so, if the collectors don't live too far away and they don't have a homeowners' association Gestapo, keeping watch, they may start digging around.
