Norm, the way it worded in the bulletin is that any department that "creates revenue" is exempt. We dont, even though we are public safety in one of the most fire prone states in the nation. All we do is cost more to operate due to large fires and damages.
I guess its still to be seen. But even our union is saying it doesnt look good.
