That link is now book marked.. I am assembling a bed also.
I have the bed sides, rear valance, and under bed channels. What is the best way to assemble it. Put the bed together with the wood bottom and then place it on the channels which have already been bolted to the frame? Put the whole bed thing together and then bolt it to the truck frame?
