I want to turn the center out and use the outer rim. I would weld in a new center with a 8 x 6.5 BC with the necessary correct back spacing.
I have done this before with 16" rims for my trucks to run the hummer tires. I have my own lathe, I'm a certified welder, and it is fairly straight forward modification.
I would just like to get pointed in the right direction for the 20 inch wheels.
