... there is a company called Stockton Wheel that will make anything you want to order. I have seen their work, and it's pretty nice and not as pricey as you might imagine (but not cheap either). A buddy of mine did a F**d 4x4 with 22.5" wheels and drive tires that came out pretty well - but those 22.5" tires on a light truck ride like a proverbial lumber wagon.
