As we all know the devil is the father of all lies.
That being said yes they do have contro;l of ultimatly every thing they do as well as you and I also have that control.
Over the years of operating my business I have changed suppliers when the quality went south. It is a hard thing to do but when they continue to offer excuses and no soulutions I consider it a deal breaker.
If I don't continue to deliver my service to be the best in the market I will go away.
