Not easy to answer as some Hydroboost Units have different port fittings.
The hose size is .375", same as PS Hose.
My Carryall used NAPA fittings 7-1028 and 7-1713 from pump to Hydroboost, hydroboost to Saginaw PS, and return to pump. My mistake, I did not mark in my book which fitting was on what end
My Bumblebee and M37 used;
NAPA Numbers
06U-606 Pump end, 06U-666 Hydroboost Input
06U-666 Hydroboost out to PS Box In 06U-B67
Hydroboost return to PS Pump 06U-666
The low pressure return line to PS Pump can be Auto Tranny Cooler Hose line
