The toolbox on the running board, the reflectors on the side of the bed, and the extra metal protecting the tail lights. Also the back bumper is not a factory item, though it may have been dealer installed. It is hard to say from just these two pictures.
Share some pictures under the hood, and of the inside when you get it home, and I would be happy to go over more details with you.
