I envy you guys being able to buy 3 acres of rolling property & HUGE garages & buildings for $250K! Out West you'd be looking well over a million for such a pad..maybe more in Cal, huh?
I envy you...but every time home from a road trip...once I get back to the Ocean, it reminds me why we pay so much here :)
