Not to sound materialistic or anything, but I think my best gift to date was, I went down to my bank, and setup an account in her name (seperate checks, etc) and put a couple hundred in there. Then I went down to payroll, and had $25 taken out of my check and put into her account. We are a one income family basically, so that meant quite a bit to her, and I hardly notice such a little amount. (the $25,.... I had to save for awhile to amass the couple hundred) She keeps "Loose" track of it so it isn't much bookwork (my wife isn't much of a spender anyway)
