Thanks for the heads up. I guess I was REAL lucky at that rate. Have no connection with them, They treated me right and thought they did a good job in my case. The older guy I spoke with on the phone seemed genuinely mad that one of his workers had messed it up and then connected me to a woman(I think his wife) who asked "What do we need to do to make this right?) Took a reasonable amount of time.
