Completion of the survey guaranties that you will receive an email notifying you when I start collecting deposits (when I reach 15 commited buyers). Assuming you promptly place a deposit, then yes, you will be guaranteed a reservation in the order. When they are within a week of Seattle, you will be notified and I will start collecting the balances due. As long as you pay within a month of their arrival in Seattle, then yes, you will be guaranteed a locker.
In the past, I have had a couple people place deposits and then they have been unable to complete the transaction for one reason or another. I have always tried to work something out with them or find another buyer. In principle, the deposit is non-refundable.
