I did my first repair, lying on my back in the snow, in many, many years...since leaving Ohio, where I had to swap out a bad rear axle on a van during a snow storm, drum to drum:-)
A PO had "welded" a piece of the throttle linkage, left out the cotter pins where he could and used nuts and bolts instead of pins where he couldn't. VPW got the parts to me quick, I cleaned up the pieces and put in on today. Now I can continue my clearing and ditching work before the ground freezes solid.
I have been hauling gravel, a ton at a time in the little 68 Utiline:-) Getting close to bringing in a backhoe for the major grubbing work.
