It should be smartboltS.com. It's a neat idea. I like the fact that it's reusable, unlike the ones where the head breaks off at the right torque, and I especially like that it measures actually bolt tension which is what counts, rather than torque, which varies too much with friction. At $13 for a single 1/2-13 x 2.5" bolt, I don't think we'll be seeing a whole lot of them, though.
