If you plan on driving/work on it I would first start on the brakes, replace all the old rubber/steel lines ASAP you need to stop.
Than I would replace the fuel line and add a filter near the carb. Looks like you may have a electric fuel pump near the tank?
Also clean and seal tank, this would eleminate all fuel problems up to the carb.
