Thats a real nice starting point, are you planning on doing a complete restoration? or just polish out the rust and drive it as is?
The Frame looks like its in good shape, i'd recommend that you have a look at the frame rails on the top side of the leaf spring mounts (where the rivets are). I had a similar flat bed mounted to my 50FFPW and i found a couple tiny cracks in the frame, which i can only assume came from the previous owner overloading it.
