Actually i was supposed to be looking at a couple of rolling frames, one body , one cut up body and "enough parts to restore one with a bunch of stuff left over."
So i dropped by and found one of those classic garages loaded with parts and realized that I was kind of lost. Basically it looked like our garage with 6 of everything and I certainly would not have a clue as to what went with what . The punchline was that the parts I wanted to see were about 30 miles away and we were not going there today . I made a mistake , I brought my camera.
With luck I am going to at least get a rad and may just buy the whole lot and go halvers with someone .
I did make one score though from another source- I got a 14 bolt with new drums ,brakes,springs , lines ,bearings , , emergency brake cables and flex lines. 125 I figure there is 625 bucks worth of parts on the thing.
No pictures for the Carryall thread . Maybe next time .
