Would knowing any of those angles changed the way you approached the mud holes? I dont think so, I think you would have plunged in anyway and dealt with it. Besides, its not like at every hill or obstacle there is a little sign listing the angles, and I didnt see any protractors being consulted on the trails.
Maybe for bragging rights over a beer after the fact.
