M56 Airforce Rescue Truck

I found a M56 crash truck in pretty good shape. I have looked through the archives and cant find any pictures of one. It looks like the top of the truck has been removed, but im not sure if there was a top. I doesnt looked choped up, Was the top removable? And what would be a fair price? Are these rare and valuable?
