persons of questionable residency status, congregate in home depot parking lots. When approaching a home depot parking lot my truck starts to act up all by itself. The engine races as we blast over the speed bumps then a slow crawl around the perimeter of the lot. for some reason that big crowd of lawbiding citizens disperses. on the down side I got lost in Paterson NJ and could not get directions out of that dump. Front porches emptied and slammin doors all around.
