ACME should still be in business. Web search for them, also 4WD Hardware and 4 Wheel Parts (same company as 4 WDH, but has a separate catalog) and Quadratec, all have very good web sites with tons of parts, good luck!
(I also remember seeing those in JC Whitney years ago)
