There are 8 holes. The top two holes are level with the ground. The dimensions for those two holes is as follows: (measurements to center of hole)
Both holes are just under 18 inches above the metal bed floor strip.
The forward hole is 8 inches from the bed panel. (Flat sheet metal of bed, exclusive of bends or stamped areas.)
The rearward hole is 13.5 inches from the bed panel. The distance between the two holes is 5.5 inches.
If you drill those two holes correctly, you can then use the mount as a template to mark the other holes.
