Title for a 1950 PW ????

Does anyone happen to have one?

Figured that it's a shot in the dark, but couldn't hurt to ask. I have a 1950 B2 that spent its entire life on a ranch in Canada and was never registered. Now the State of Washington wants to give me a 3 year temp title, and they want a bond, even though the thing has been parked in my yard for several years now. They also want to do a full inspection (which I would have no problem with) except that it's apart at this point...

Hence, if I found a title, it would make things easier...
