If you have owned the PW for more than 5 years, and can PROVE that, be honest go to DMV, tell them. You have to fill out form MV 51B (statement of ownership), pencil tracing of VIN, pay the sales tax and you get a temporary certificate of registration. All paper work then goes to Albany. After a review, if all clean, you will be issued a full transferable registration, roughly 30 days. Your Good To Go.
If you cant prove you owned it for more than 5 years........Prove It LOL
