Perry, the number I called to arrange for the pick up was, 800-749-5788 , and the number on my receipt was 863-452-5788. I think i would call back as opposed to leaving a message as they looked like they would be back and forth from the office to the warehouses. There were 3 guys behind the counter when I went in.
