This truck appears to be one built in Cheyenne, by Jim Slater. If the rear window has been downsized, then this is the same truck Jim built.
It had a Ford 352 V-8 and auto transmission, mated to a Single Speed WC transfer case when it left here...I have the original NP200 t-case that came from this truck. It had a bad driveline vibration that Jim could never track down, but I don't know if that is still the case. The wheels are made from civilian Budd centers welded into 20" military wheels.
