Keep the Sun Fish out for awhile, if you can. They'll devour the bass because they grow quicker. Usually you can introduce them about 2-3 years later. Make sure there are plenty of Lily pads for cover, and if there are no rocks or dead trees in the pond, throw a few in near the shore and a bit further out. It takes about 4-5 years to really get it going, but once it's established, it kind of runs itself. It also depends on where the water comes from, weather the ground, run-off or run-through.
