I have the install procedure for the Chelsea Series 352 PTO on my Image Event. It includes all the directions for proper shims. The Series 352 PTO is used on NP-435's etc. This procedure should get you very close in the Ball Park.
Double click on the first picture to go to full screen, then you can step thru the instructions.
