I agree Clint. I always heard that if you bought stolen property you were out the money and item as the police would take it. Maybe the sell it at auction to raise funds. I know the local law enforcement here collect stolen property and "claim" that if your SS number is on it they will contact you. They have an auction once a year and I went to one a few years back. I saw some things with numbers on them and asked a Deputy about that. He said it was a bad number...Yea, that's the ticket. Made me wonder if I bought it and owner came back saying his SS number was on it what happens then? Kevin
