The knuckle rebuild on my Image Event is being done on a stock M37 Front Axle. Its also the same as a PW/WC. You are correct on the stock Dodge Axle Housing, the trunnions are welded to the ball housing.
In the picture I posted, My 1960 Power Giant uses Dana 70's.
