Sorry, I dont have part numbers or info on Dana 44 axles. The Power Giant W300 uses Dana 70's.
I would not drive or ride in that truck where a wheel wobbles when you shake it. That issue needs to be seriously addressed and find the problem and correct it.
If your using grease as a lube in the hub, pack the bearing the same as you would pack any other bearing. The bearing will hold the grease the same as a wheel bearing. Remember, the bottom trunion on PW/M37/WC/PG W300, uses the 23100 cone and 23256 cup with no external zerk.
