Hi Randy. I have a Chelsea 352 PTO, but I don't have the ID plate which would have the rest of the numbers. I bought it from a guy who thought it would fit my NP540, which it didn't. I can give you more information on it and even could send the driven gear to you to see if it matches your drive gear.
