Should be a ten-minute job per side. Take a 3/8" ratchet handle and some thin-wall sockets in the 7/16" to 5/8" range.
Small hammer and cold chisel to bend back the locking tabs, and to loosen the goo and gasket combination that will adhere to them and to the truck.
Rags and handcleaner. Band-aids. Snakebite kit.
