Disconnect the shocks first. Jack it up, placing jackstands at the frame or bumper- you want the axle hanging from the springs, to allow the leafs to separate as much as possible. Then use a solvent brush to work in the 90 wt. Next step rhythmically on the tire/hub and get the axle bouncing to work in the 90 wt. Then, before connecting the shox, drive it over bumpyness before reconnecting the shox- drove mine for several days, until it got lose enough that I was getting sea sick.
I suspect that when it stops dripping 90wt, it's time to do it again?
I learned that there used to be a product called 'spring lube', but I haven't found any more info than that.
