1992 cummins

my son is looking at a 1992 ram extended cab with cummins power and an automatic. extended cab long box. 192,000 1 owner miles. owner has all records since new, oil change every 8000, only used for recreation, pulling an rv to the south and a boat around here. any potential downfalls to this set-up? thanks in advance.
