Thats too bad. It is also, in my experience very unusual in the PW community. I have been peddling parts for about 5 years and am yet to get stiffed by anyone. Many times I have sent parts before getting payment because someone was in the middle of a project and was stopped for lack of a part. They have always come through for me.
There are always a few rotten apples in every barrel and they ruin things for everyone. After I get burned the first time I will be more reluctant to cover someone the next time.
Too bad your guy is willing to ruin a friendship over such a minor thing.
