If the cab is rotted that bad,save yourself a lot of time and headache. Find a better cab. One semi easy way is to find a 39-47 civilian cab. If you look at them side by side you'll see you can cut it at the windshield post and down at the front of the rocker panel. Cutting across to the center floor hole. Carefully remove the transfer case hump and cut the hole and install it on the new floor. the rocker panels are slightly taller on the civie cab, and if I remember the rear corner cab skirts are also a bit longer too. Hey if you came that far those two items could easily be addressed. Rust never sleeps.
