I can't view your picture, but I judge a cab by the door pillars and windshield surround. If theses areas are solid you should be able to salvage the cab.

It was really rough. My buddy Kieth had a cab floor that was relatively solid where mine was rotten. The donor floor sections worked out pretty well.
