there is a company out there that has a super nice welding rod (stick) for welding cast. I ran into them when they came to the company I use to work for. I will try and find the company were u can buy these welding rods at. U can weld bearing housings and anything cast with them, better than heating and using nickol rods. No pre-heating involved per there demenstration.
