That number is a body tag number.
41 = year of body design
62 = Body type/style 62 = Closed cab
5982 = sequence number of body of that style built
There should be another tag with a number on it on thr body. The frame should have a number on it. If it is a WC 1 it should be similar to 8644701.
The frame number may be on the front left or right side just forward of the front axle.
